I have played drums since fifth grade with many opportunities to record and travel around the world with various bands.

I played drums and percussion for band
and orchestra
throughout high school. One of the highlights was
playing
a special
concert with the Ottawa Symphony
directed by the famous composer, Aaron
Copland.
He actually made me go out and get 2x4s to achieve
the loud
wood sound effect he wanted. |

Simple Truth was a pioneering
contemporary Christian band whose style
was described as country rock with
a touch of the unusual. We had the
opportunity to record a couple of albums
and travel all over the
United States and overseas, including tours to
Africa.

I enjoy playing drums
with Last Chance Flight (formerly Larry Campbell & Friends). Larry was the Mayor of Olathe, KS and a State Representative
in
addition
to a fabulous songwriter and performer. We recorded several CDs including our 25th Anniversary CD in 2010. Now we have started a new phase playing a wide variety of classical rock, country, R&B and much more. |

Stan isn't that old...
but Ringo did influence his decision to
become a drummer.

were a talented, revolutionary influence on culture and music.
They gain new fans all the time as young people are introduced
to their music. We have discovered Liverpool,
a Beatles Tribute Band and watch them anytime they
perform in the area. They are extremely talented musicians,
accurately playing every note on authentic, vintage instruments.
